It is reported that in November, Yonghui opened new offline stores in Shanxi, Guizhou, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Sichuan and Hubei, covering first-tier cities and lower-level markets. There are currently 179 Yonghui new offline stores under construction, covering 29 provinces across the country, achieving full coverage in Tier 1 to Tier 6 cities. At the same time, Yonghui will usher in a " peak of shop opening " in December and is expected to open more than 20 stores nationwide, covering Shanghai, Sichuan, Chongqing and other places.
According to Yonghui's third quarterly report, in the third quarter of 2021, Yonghui opened 20 new stores nationwide and 35 new warehouse stores were renovated. Through a variety of methods such as store type adjustment, product structure optimization, product quality improvement, and service upgrades, Yonghui has continuously improved the value to customer of in-store consumption and has brought operations and management to a higher level. Among them, the “three-effects in one” of area efficiency, human efficiency, and product efficiency, launched in the Fuzhou pilot is an upgrade and iteration of Yonghui around the three elements of product quality, customer service, and business efficiency.
In the fourth quarter, Yonghui continued to promote store upgrades. While ensuring the steady growth of warehouse stores, it also optimized and upgraded some stores. Through the optimization of product structure, quality improvement and service upgrade, it aims at attracting more online and offline users.
