China's import prices of Indian chili peppers have risen recently. This week, the volume of new season dried chilis from northern China on the market will continue to increase. The market is unlikely to experience an upturn if there is no significant increase in consumer demand, and prices are expected to fall. Dried peppers in cold storage will be more difficult to sell. There will be a greater possibility of having good prices but without demand, and prices may fall with the arrival of new crops.
In terms of large chili peppers, if supply and demand remain stable in Korla, fast turnover will be maintained and the market is expected to run smoothly this week. After the peak harvest is finished this week in Inner Mongolia, the volume of new dried crops available will increase. Currently, there is a large gap in the supply and prices are expected to remain stable or rise slightly.
