Following the approval of imports of Malaysian shelled frozen durian into China on May 30, various major e-commerce companies, fresh platforms, and wholesalers in China are actively discussing importing the shelled musang king durian. The first batch of high-quality shelled musang king durians purchased by Pagoda from Malaysia is arriving soon. According to the Head of Operations from Pagoda, the first imported batch is small, so the current in-store pick-up service is only available in stores in Shenzhen. After more durians are shipped by sea this month, this service will become available simultaneously across the country.
With the first batch of shelled musing king durians imported by Pagoda becoming available, durian fans no longer need to fly to Malaysia to enjoy the fresh and delicious musang king durians. It is reported that this batch was grown by local high-quality orchards, and is produced by trees that are 20 years old. The fruit falls in the net when it reaches maturity naturally, and is then transported by fruit farmers to the packhouse for strict screening.
