Haikou’s lychee season officially came to an end on June 18th. During the season, the Haikou Meilan International Airport cargo services shipped a total of 2,135 tons of lychees from Hainan, of which 98% were of the Feizixiao variety. It is reported that as Meilan Airport tried different measures to expand markets for Feizixiao lychees, the transported volume of Feizixiao lychees this year has increased by 31% year on year.
