China is the world's largest strawberry producing country. In 2017, the country's strawberry planting area was more than 2.3 million mu, and the output was more than 4 million tons. The total output value reached more than 60 billion yuan. Since the profit is higher than for other fruits, the planting surface and output of strawberries in Shanghai seems to get higher and higher each year.
