"New date for Conference on "Microwaves in food technology"

We inform our readers that the conference on microwave will be held on 23th November, instead of the 8th and 9th as announced (read previous FreshPlaza news). Location remains the same: University of Milan, Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Via Celoria 2 - Milan (Italy).

To allow the participation of to the many operators from Central and South America interested in the topic, the conference will be held exclusively live on the web site www.foodchem.it (http://www.foodchem.it/food.aspx?id=1370).

Those interested can make direct contact via e-mail with the organizing secretary for the pre-registration and to receive the definitive program and all the instructions needed to follow the conference.
