Renaissance Food Group, a fresh food company that is a division of Calavo Growers, Inc., is now taking pre-orders of their popular Garden Highway brand Irish Stew Mix.
This festive blend is pre-cut and ready to cook, consisting of green cabbage, red potatoes, carrots, and red and yellow onion. New this year, Garden Highway will feature a colorful St. Patrick's Day themed label, which will help to draw consumers in search of holiday meals. Helpful cooking suggestions are also included on the bottom label.
In addition to merchandising in the Produce department, Irish Stew Mix merchandises into Meat department cases to help increase incremental sales.
