Discover '.bio', new internet extension for the organic world

From the 24 April 2014 the organic world will have its own space on the internet. Organic organisations will be able to make themselves visible online by using “.bio” as their domain name extension, for example mycompany.bio or myproduce.bio. The new extension, ensures:

Increased clarity and transparency for the organic food and farming sector
Greater online visibility for organic sector professionals;
A huge new inventory of short and memorable domain names;
A trusted marketplace to deliver online content and information about organic agriculture

Registrations will start from the 24th of April 2014 for trademark holders and then will be available to everyone on a first-come first served basis from the 1 July, 2014. You can find out more and pre-register the domain name you would like for free at www.dot-bio.net
