Job description

For further expansion of sales in Spain, France, Portugal and Morocco we are looking for a real salesperson who is quick to recognise and knows how to use commercial opportunities. Initially, the focus will be on cherry and blueberry producers. You have sufficient technical insight to know what modern packaging and sorting (lines of equipment) are all about. You will be responsible for quality maintenance throughout the commercial process, including after-sales service. An extensive internal company training in Poland ensures that you know all the technical ins and outs of the machines used. You maintain contact with current customers, but are also keen to expand the customer base and to increase the market share. By nature, you are someone who likes to visit and talk to customers personally. You are a valued and respected conversation partner.

Furthermore, it is important to increase the brand awareness of the company. This means that you work hard to strengthen its positive image. Taking initiative, having a very active attitude and commercial insight are all part of this versatile and independent job.

Job requirements

You currently reside in southern Spain, you have several years of experience in similar commercial positions, for example in the Fruit & Vegetables sector. You speak excellent Spanish, French and English and you are in possession of a driving license. Furthermore, you have sufficient technical insight to be able to talk to customers about all the technical aspects of the packaging and sorting (lines of equipment).

You are a strong communicator and know how to convert your personal persuasiveness into successful sales. With your knowledge and experience you contribute to the further growth of the company. Together with your colleagues in Poland and elsewhere, you make a positive contribution to company-wide projects. In addition, you will accurately report all relevant information (commercial, technical, customers) to the management.

You will be on the road several days a week to maintain personal contact with existing and (potential) new customers, but also to visit relevant trade fairs and other meetings. Therefore, you are of course able to work well independently and you like to take new initiatives.
