There was a panel discussion on what we can expect in the next ten years, what will be the major challenges and opportunities. The session was moderated by Jim Jefcoate - Hurdletree Associates.

Don Goodwin, President of Golden Sun Marketing gave some great insight in to marketing fresh produce, telling the story behind a product and using packaging to sell the goods.
George Liu - CEO of Frutacloud China gave some insight into the Chinese market. Chinese consumers are way ahead of the rest of the world with online shopping and do a lot of research before they buy a product, online marketing has great opportunities here.
Alejandro Fuentes from Agricola Don Ricardo in Peru showed how Peru is really becoming a force to be reckoned with on a global scale. The scale of expansion in the country is immense and future potential huge.
There was panel discussion on retail opportunities in the UK, delgate heard from retailers and buyers about the trends and consumer demands.
