Last September Worldwide Fruit invested in new cold storage rooms. There are 7 rooms with differing capacity and each room can be set at various temperatures giving better product control and stock management.

In this room a sample of all fruit is kept and stored under the same conditions as in the stores. This so they can measure the actual shelflife quality of each product. After the test is complete the fruit is sold to employees and the proceeds given to charity.
