Lakeside Produce has a QR code on its label. The consumer scans the label and goes to the website. Here is show what else the consumer needs to buuy for the recipe on the picture of the packaging. If the consumer is at home it can scan again and see a video with a chef showing how to make it or they cn read it.

David Anthony form RubyFresh, they had last ear 20 containers from peru, but this year it will be 200. They started planting three years ago and now the plants are more mature. From Peru the export will go mainly to Europe, Canada, Asia and Russia.

There is a lot of experience with greenhouse manufacturing, but not with marketing and that's what they want to boost: "Sharing the story, being unique, authentic". At United Fresh they used a booth that was a small greenhouse, that is something they want to use for future activities in educating consumers. "

Paksense has a new flat logger. It is more flat than a creditcard and it works similar. You put it on a pallet and it turns on. It will also show you with a croos if it was too warm or too cold. In the photo it was too warm, because of the hand.

Paksense also has a new Temperature and humidity logger (left) and designed ( in the middle) an new logger which is again a bit smaller.

Gerd Uitdewilligen from Paksense, now they also have autosense. A truck comes in at a distribution center and get scanned at the gate and all info will be send to the customer.
