Freeze-dried berry snack to be launched

Wish Farms looks forward to attending the Organic Produce Summit every year. The company has a year-round offering of organic strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Organic strawberry supply has increased over the last few weeks and the berries are sizing well up from previous years and Wish doesn’t expect that to change over the next few weeks. With the better-than-average supply, it is looking to actively promote with its retail partners.

Also in berries, the Washington and Oregon organic blueberry season will begin in the next week or two. They are widely considered the strongest and best-tasting organic fruit of the season, and it looks like both regions have a better-than-average crop coming. Wish expects good supply and availability.

In addition to a display of fresh, organic berries, Wish will debut a new product coming soon: Pixie Snax Fruit Crispies® which are a gluten-free and dairy-free, freeze-dried snack. It’s an up-cycled innovation made by utilizing excess fresh organic strawberries or blueberries. Pixie Snax has a burst of berry flavor with a sweet crisp texture that includes organic oats and dates.

Wish Farms can be found at booth #203.
