Montosa presents the new design of its tropical fruit processing brand

Montosa, the Spanish company that specializes in avocado and IV range products, is presenting the new design of its Native brand at PLMA's World of Private Label 2023 fair, which will be held in Amsterdam from May 23-24. The company will be in stand S16, Hall 7.

“The new identity of Native products aims to strengthen their position in the market thanks to the segmentation of demand, reaching consumers who prefer the most premium option: Native Gourmet, a soft and spicy version made with 95% fresh avocados and mango curry sauce with 91% fresh mango. What differentiates these new recipes is that they have fresh pieces of avocado and mango cut in a traditional way that texturizes them while giving them an especially natural flavor.

“We've maintained our Native Classic category, our guacamole recipe par excellence that is a reference in the national market, for consumers that love our classic flavor, and the Native Spicy category, with a spicy touch of jalapeño. These categories are now more versatile than ever as consumers can find them in 150 g, 200 g, 500 g, and 1 kg formats, as well as in their 100% Clean formats, which have no preservatives or additives.”

“The company will continue selling its avocado pulp, another of its consolidated products, which is essential in the Horeca channel and is made with 98% avocado, in its 500-gram and 1-kg formats. These distribution channels demand products of the highest quality to use as a basis for their elaborations, and that will speed up the preparation of dishes while retaining their purely fresh flavor.”

The brand stands out in the market
“This brand new packaging and its renewed image will help differentiate and highlight the product lines, the black label for gourmet products and a royal blue combined with green or red for the usual recipes. The company has been able to adjust its visual identity to work well in any environment.”

“The new image is visually more attractive and dynamic thanks to the incorporation of a sticker that provides a 3D effect associated with the acclaimed dip, helping final consumers to recognize and remember it easily. Each product also has realistic photos of each of the versions of their recipes, textures, and ingredients, so that consumers know what they are going to find inside the package. Finally, they will have some photo suggestions of the product being used to make different dishes and different culinary uses it might have.
