to expand our client portfolio and strengthen our presence in your country.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Arber Horticulture, you will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy. You will work closely with clients and partners, identifying opportunities to deliver our advanced horticultural solutions while promoting our commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the horticulture sector such as growers, retailers and garden centers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, R&D) to align sales strategies with product development and market trends.
- Represent Arber Horticulture at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Professional Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in horticulture or related industries (e.g., substrates, seeds, young plants, pots).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel within your region to meet with clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales strategies is a plus.
- Passion for horticulture and sustainability.
