Operations Manager
OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED
Aerobloom is an exciting start-up aeroponics company that is fully capitalized and seeking to hire a full-time operations manager with significant agricultural experience who is willing to grow (no pun intended) with the company and who shares the company's vision of a more sustainable future in agriculture.
Aerobloom is in the process of building a state-of-the-art greenhouse optimized specifically to utilize our proprietary aeroponic technology to grow tomatoes and bell peppers for retail distribution using minimal water consumption. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and willing to embrace the challenges and rewards that come with working within a start-up company.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years experience and know-how in greenhouse operations and production. We offer competitive compensation in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus the potential for future stock options. The selected candidate would work hand in hand with our existing team of engineers and experienced growers to make the Aerobloom vision a reality. Experience with vertical farming and indoor tomatoes and bell pepper production would be considered an asset.
