Progressive Produce announced that Andy Webb has accepted the role of vice president of business development.

"Andy has consistently made our company and our partners better with his ability to realize new value creation," said Cory Stahl, VP of sales. "With his sales experience throughout all sectors of the food industry and having worked with all commodity teams at Progressive, we're really excited to see how Andy enhances us in his new role."

Webb will work across everything the company does including produce and 3PL services to continue its ongoing growth strategy.

Webb, a husband and father of three energetic children, resides in Orange County, California. As a 15-year produce veteran having worked in packaging, logistics, and sales, Webb has demonstrated his passion for produce, leadership qualities, and ability to partner with customers to help them achieve their goals.

"I'm deeply honored and thrilled to take on my new role with the company," said Webb. "The opportunity to make a big impact and help our company grow is very exciting to me. I have so much appreciation for our Progressive family, and I look forward to helping the company and our partners achieve our goals."

"Andy's natural ability to spot opportunities and align them with our company and our partners is what makes him successful," said Scott Leimkuhler, SVP of sales and marketing. "I have no doubt that he will help take our company to even greater heights in this new role."
