Ortanique, Lane Late, Orri, and Navel Powell are the retailers' most searched varieties at this time of the Spanish season

The online crop advertising platform Naranjasyfrutas.com has shared the search trends of wholesalers who buy mandarins, oranges, and limes from producers. The varieties that retailers demanded in the first weeks of February were:

"The aim of publishing these search trends regularly is to share the data obtained with the sector, as search trends change rapidly due to the harvest dates of each variety and the retailers' interest in some varieties," Naranjasyfrutas.com stated.

"Naranjasyfrutas.com aims to modernize and facilitate the meeting between producers and wholesalers. Sharing information about available harvests benefits wholesalers who need to find available crops and farmers who need to sell their harvest."

The service is free for farmers who want to advertise their harvests with their contact information, and for wholesalers who want to search for crops available so they can easily and quickly contact the producer directly.

"Starting this season, the platform has a new Professional Trade service designed for professionals who buy crops, need to be able to search for unlimited harvests, and want to receive weekly listings of the latest crops published. This service can be contracted directly from the website or by contacting [email protected]."
