Uzbekistan earned $1.5 Billion from fruit and vegetable exports

According to the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan, the country exported 2 million tons of fruits and vegetables in 2024, generating over $1.5 billion in revenue.

Compared to 2023, export volumes grew by 15.8%, while export value increased by 31.2%.

The main buyers of Uzbek fruits and vegetables were Russia (42.1% of total exports), Kazakhstan (12.7%), Pakistan (12.6%), and Afghanistan (8%).

Diversifying export markets has helped Uzbekistan strengthen its position internationally and reduce reliance on individual trade partners.
