Part of the grapes are sold to a local winery, which arranges for farmers to plant according to an annual contract. This arrangement solves growers' sales problems and enables growers to concentrate on management and improve the quality of grapes.
Thanks to its unique ecological resources, the project has formed a natural winery that combines primary, secondary, and tertiary productions. The primary production includes the planting of organic vineyards. The secondary production includes wine cellars, and processing and sales offices.
