This year, Campojoyma is once again the world's leading producer of organic Chinese cabbage

Campojoyma has committed to the cultivation of organic Chinese cabbage since its creation in 2004. "This crop contributes to the sustainable development of the interior of the province of Almería, in particular the municipalities of Abla and Abrucena, on the northern slopes of the Sierra Nevada, where it creates employment and economic prosperity. As a biodynamic crop, it has the Demeter certificate, which promotes respect for the environment and a natural balance with the environment."

This year, Campojoyma, which also has plots in Murcia, is once again the world's leading producer of organic Chinese cabbage. This season, it will export 5.5 million heads of organic Chinese cabbage from Abla, Abrucena, and Murcia, i.e., 10% more than in the previous season.

"We started growing organic Chinese cabbage fifteen years ago, and little by little, this vegetable has become one of our top products," stated Francisco Jesus Montoya Sánchez, manager of Campojoyma.

"Exports to the best supermarkets in Europe"
"Campojoyma, leader in the cultivation of organic vegetables in Spain, harvests organic Chinese cabbage from December to April in a natural environment, on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada and in Murcia, following the biodynamic cultivation model certified by Demeter. The main destinations for the organic Chinese cabbage from Campojoyma are France, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany, where it can be found in some of the best European supermarkets."

"The organic company grows this vegetable based on a traditional cultivation system, with respect for the environment and the natural cycle of the earth, and with the integration of plants, animals, and soil. With this crop, Campojoyma contributes to the sustainability and balance of the environment, bringing to the table environmentally friendly organic Chinese cabbages."
