MP Clement Apaak:

"Importing tomatoes from Burkina Faso, a country with the worst climate and insurgency, is an embarrassment"

Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak, went online, asking why Ghana continues to import tomatoes from a country with the worse climate conditions: Burkina Faso.

The MP is not happy that Ghana would invest 200 million dollars annually to import tomatoes from Burkina Faso. The politician asserted that it is mind-boggling for Ghana to be importing tomatoes from a country suffering from insurgencies.
