PunnetMaster: Our new innovative end of line solution designed to automate the last stage of the packing process
The PunnetMaster® is designed to increase the efficiency of the tray packing procedure whilst reducing the amount of labour needed on the line. Through the automation of the final packing process the PunnetMaster® can quickly and simply reduce labour requirements and the associated costs, resulting in a healthy return on investment.
Top sealed punnets are fed to the packing machine by a Soft Touch Conveyor (STC) where the servo motor driven arm locates, lifts and places the punnets or clamshells into the required empty tray, ensuring consistent and uniform packing ready for transport.
Empty trays are driven into place using smart rollers ready for the product to be placed inside.
The PunnetMaster can be adapted to suit specific top sealed punnets and trays with the process capability of 20 cycles per minute (up to 140 punnets per minute).
SelectMaster & Super SelectMaster
SelectMaster® & Super SelectMaster®: 100% MARCO designed and built, with all software written by MARCO inhouse development team. The user-friendly SelectMaster® & Super SelectMaster® deskills the packing process, removes guesswork, increases packing speeds and reduces overpack.
Consisting of twelve weighing pans, it selects which scale pans offer the best combination to reach the required weight from the available product, instantly and accurately, virtually eradicating giveaway, increasing line speed and overall productivity.
