Letting their fruit…dry out!

While consumers have long whipped their fruit into smoothies, blended them into bowls and sliced them up to top salads….they’re now getting more creative with their fruit and vegetables. They're also drying them for snacks--think fruit leathers, lettuce chips, kale powders and more.
