Investments also in the U.S. market

Guillin Group ready to participate in PMA in the United States

All is set for the Guillin Group's participation in PMA in Orlando, Florida, represented by the Guillin Fresh Produce Division team of the four companies Dynaplast, Nespak, Sharpak and Veripack, at booth 789. The fair runs from 26 to 29 October 2022.

"Our Group," explained Gian Giacomo Gamberini, export sales manager, "is always paying attention to new trends and, for this reason, its innovations are widely renowned in the U.S. market. We are able to offer packaging that is aesthetically impactful, eco-friendly and functional to meet the needs of the local market, which is looking for practical packaging solutions."

Among the proposals that seem to be resonating well is thermo-sealed packaging, a trend that is currently popular in the United States. "Thanks to the group's solid know-how regarding this technology," pointed out Gamberini, "Guillin can offer a comprehensive range of packaging solutions.

The strong investment over the years made by the Group for the development of all the insert trays formats required in the U.S. market ("American insert tray shape") has allowed the Guillin Group to take the market lead in the insert trays segment for packaging stone fruit and pears.

In addition, since 2020 Guillin has been a founding member of Prevented Ocean Plastic. This structure prevents plastic from reaching the ocean by collecting it upstream. Since the beginning of this process, the Group has prevented more than 970 million bottles from reaching the sea.

Finally, the Guillin Group, with its decades of experience, also aims to be a solution provider through its Life Cycle Assessment study, which provides customers with support in choosing the right and sustainable packaging.
