New closing machine on display

Kwik Lok is introducing its new 865B at the International Floral and Produce Association (IFPA) show in Orlando, Florida, October 27-29, 2022. Customers can see the new 865B in action at Kwik Lok’s booth, 861.

Apples, potatoes, pears--the new 865B reliably bags just about anything. It features a more powerful motor, additional safety features and an updated control system. The 865A has served the produce industry for decades and is known for its durability and reliability. The latest version builds on this robust engineering.

The 865B reliably bags a variety of products and features a more powerful motor, additional safety features and an updated control system.

“When Kwik Lok asked if we would test its new 865B closing machine, we were happy to help. Once again, the company has created an unparalleled closing system that can stand up to the tough environment in our sheds,” said Kip Yeats, VP fresh operations, Wada Farms Potatoes.

In addition to the new 865B, Kwik Lok will continue to share its global portfolio of sustainable options including Eco-Lok, a closure that uses less plastic and the Kwik Link machine which eliminates unnecessary packaging while preserving the opportunity for branding, promotions, dating and tracking.

“We remain focused on delivering solutions that are innovative and centered on sustainability. We understand there is no one-size-fits-all closure meeting the varying sustainability needs of our international customers,” said Don Carrell, CEO, Kwik Lok. “Our team will be available at IFPA to demonstrate our latest innovations and to help guide our current and potential customers to select the sustainable technology that best meets their business needs and market requirements.”
