Almost 150 years after his great-grandfather, Karel Hermans, started the transport company of the same name, Karel Hermans (fourth generation) is rejuvenating the old times. Refrigerated transport
"Indeed, I can humbly yet proudly announce Karel Hermans Transport's return. Over the past two decades, I've specialized in the world of refrigerated transport. I've built a reliable name regarding specialized conditioned transport of fresh fruit and vegetables in Europe. I was the Director/Major Shareholder at a leading fruit and vegetable carrier until 2019," says Karel.
"I was responsible for daily operations and sales, and we built a wonderful company that, in the end, employed more than 300 people. And believe me, the passion for refrigerated transport still runs deep through my veins. That's why I'm going out on my own in partnership with the Kivits Logistics Group."
