Graceland Fruit, Inc., a producer and global distributor of premium quality dried fruit ingredients for the food industry, has named a new President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the company.
On August 19, the company’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to name Dan Engler President and Chief Executive Officer of Graceland Fruit. Dan joined Graceland Fruit in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and most recently assumed the Interim CEO position in March of this year.
In his new leadership role, Dan will be responsible for managing the overall resources of the company, developing and implementing company vision and strategy, and ultimately ensuring the company’s success while meeting the needs of employees, customers, growers, shareholders, and the community.
Dan is an accomplished leader with a background in multiple industries. Over the course of his career, he has helped develop organizations always with a focus on product innovation, manufacturing excellence, and supplier/customer partnerships. Prior to Graceland Fruit, he led global organizations in Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales and has extensive experience in Business Planning and Execution.
