Week 42 volumes of oranges shipped at 1,239,530 cartons

According to a report by the Citrus Growers’ Association of South Africa, total week 42 orange exports at 1,239,530 cartons, up 124% as compared to the same week in 2019.

 

In week 42, the cumulative number of citrus exported to all regions stood at 70,688,328 equivalent cartons. Most of this (at 28,176,407 units) went to Europe, with the Middle East being a close second at 12,034,015 cartons.
