After the activities carried out at the Basque Culinary Centre of San Sebastian, where gastronomic consultant Josué Sepulcre conducted a showcooking aimed at future gastronomic talents, the Protected Designation of Origin has organised a conference aimed at consumers in two emblematic markets of Madrid: Las Ventas and Chamartín.
Market customers have responded very positively to this initiative and many of them have approached the stand to try the Mollar pomegranate from Elche and discover its sweet taste and the characteristics that make it unique, such as its soft seeds, learning also about the quality seal of the Designation of Origin.
With this initiative, the Mollar pomegranate from Elche aims to boost the consumption of pomegranates, getting sales to increase and allowing customers to learn about their characteristics in order to build their loyalty.
In addition to these promotional actions, the Mollar pomegranate from Elche has also recently been present at the Xixona Christmas fair and the Mercado de Colón of Valencia, among other initiatives.
