Fresh produce export through the port of Zhangzhou in the South of China has grown by 10% compared to 2014. Europe is one of the main export destinations, and between January and October 53 million USD worth of goods were exported to the continent. The main export crop to Europe is citrus, covering 98%. Small amounts of bananas and lichees made up the remaining 3%.
