Bastoni was also invited to the second edition of Stone Fruit Attraction to talk about the Italian production - "I will talk about how we are focusing on high-quality products to strengthen our presence on the market."
"It will also be an occasion to meet new potential clients from Latin America and to think about introducing apples and organic products in Spain."
As regards the organic range, Canova director Ernesto Fornari (in the photo above), explains that "Canova France manager Emanuele Barboni, Carlos Soto Lizon (in the photo below) from Canova Productos Biologicos and Canova Italy sales manager Andrea Raggi will also attend the fair. Our Spanish branch has an essential role in the supply of organic products such as garlic, strawberries and a few vegetables to Italy. Two years ago, we have also started shipping towards Germany - we now deliver 14-15 pallets a week on average of mangos, avocados, strawberries, little gem lettuce, celery, peppers and even lemons, clementines and oranges. We should start doing the same with France too."
"Our objective is to continue widening the range and invest on the Spanish market, which was not too keen on organic products until not so long ago."
