Bonduelle celebrates factory extension in Straelen

After a seven month construction period and an investment of around 6 million Euro, Thursday 5th December saw Bonduelle Germany celebrate the opening of its new factory and office extension in Straelen, Germany, and an end to the first building phase, so reports the German website Fruchthandel.de.

The official opening was conducted by Jens Vogler, fresh director at Bonduelle and was attended by staff, the contracting companies and Wolfgang Spreen, district commissionaire of the German Kleef district. Joining in the festive celebration were guests who were also celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the lettuce factory in Straelen which was opened by Bonduelle in 2003.
