Sorma Group (Freshpack) introduce new packing concept
New vertically filled fruit and vegetable packing with a handle
This year the Sorma Group introduced a new vertically filled upright packing with a handle for products such as potatoes, onions, citrus, sprouts, beans and nuts. The standard Sorma Vertbag packing machine has been adjusted on a number of points and has even been improved. The biggest adjustments are the placing of the vertical joints to the side.
This joint is now on the line between the net and the foil, so that there is no longer an overlap in the middle of the packing. This has been done to improve the presentation of the packing as much as possible.
Another big adjustment is the option to fit a handle at the top of the packing
instead of the traditional handle with two holes. The result is a beautiful, standing packing. A combination between net and foil with the possibility of a handle.
