Emballage, Paris, Wednesday November 21st

European cooperation in packaging central theme during NVC lecture

On Wednesday November 21st NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre will, together with ComExposium, be organising a lecture about the future of European cooperation in packaging at the international packaging exhibition Emballage in Paris.

During this lecture Michael Nieuwesteeg, managing director NVC, will give a concise overview of the way that cooperation in packaging is developing on a European scale. Institutes like EPIC, EFSA, CEN and many others all interactively shape the future of packaging in Europe and thereby in the world as a whole as well as in the individual EU member states. The NVC-perspective on these trends will be shared and participants are invited to join the ‘European-style’ debate afterwards.

The packaging exhibition Emballage will celebrate its 40th anniversary this year and will highlight the innovative power of the packaging sector. Emballage is a generalist exhibition which provides a rich and unique offering reflecting the entire packaging chain, from raw materials to finished products. The exhibition also offers a fine-tuned sectorization appropriate to all the packaging user industries allowing packaging industry’s decision-makers to find precisely what they are looking for and enhancing the industry’s expertise.
