US (CA): UNITEC to install the world's largest electronic sorting plant for cherries

The world's largest electronic sorting plant for cherries is to be installed by UNITEC in Morada Produce Co. of Stockton, California (USA), with 40 sorting lanes to be exact.

The success of our technology is confirmed by the 530 lanes we have already sold in over 20 countries worldwide. 236 of these lanes are equipped with the Cherry_Vision system for checking the internal and external quality of cherries.

Of these 530 lanes, 176 have been sold in 2012 alone.

UNITEC say that the reliability and high performance of their systems is proved by their success on the market.
