Dal Bello, over a century in fruit and vegetable production and trade
The Italian company Dal Bello of Padua was founded over a century ago, in 1911, by Giacomo Dal Bello, and since then it has expanded and consolidated in the international fruit and vegetable trade, thanks to the ability of Davide Dal Bello, who managed the company from 1997 to 2000.
Today, the company has two stands at the fruit and vegetable wholesale market of Padua (Italy), in addition to a stand for support. Outside the market place, Dal Bello has a warehouse for import of fruit and vegetables.
Dal Bello manages, controls and finances a group of producers / suppliers of agricultural products following the entire production cycle in order to provide optimal service to customers. Fruits and vegetables come from the most suitable regions for the cultivation of each type of product.
The main products sold are: peaches and nectarines, apples and pears, kiwis and grapes, for an annual turnover of 30 million Euro. The main destination countries are those of Eastern Europe, representing one third of the company's revenues. About 30% of fruit and vegetables is exported under the "Dal Bello" brand.

As stated by the managers: "Following the process of specialization in direct supplies to major international distribution, we are investing on IT and infrastructure, as well as on our suppliers.
