market report week 34

Germany: Share of domestic fruit increases

In week 34, there was a reasonable amount of domestic top fruit on the German wholesale. There was little demand for James Grieve but the Delbare Festival and Gravenstein sold better. There was also some fruit from the old crop remaining. In general, the demand was good and prices were stable. For Italian and French imported apples less was paid than the week before.
