Seth Tilley to fill grower relations & operations manager role

US: Homegrown Organic Farms announces new position

Homegrown Organic Farms, one of the premier organic fresh produce marketers in the United States, is excited to announce the creation of a new position. Seth Tillery will be filling the role of Grower Relations & Operations Manager for the San Joaquin Valley. For a number of years Homegrown has recognized the need to continue improving the support and communication to growers. Tillery brings a unique perspective to the field operations and grower communication. Scott Mabs, Homegrown Organic Farms Director of Marketing, sees Tillery’s new position as a great opportunity for the company to better serve its growers in a more comprehensive manner.

Tillery has functioned as the Sales Category Manager for citrus over the last seven years and has worked with almost every major account that Homegrown has dealt with. He understands the Homegrown program and what it takes to be successful in the organic marketplace.

Tillery said, "I’m excited about the opportunity to help each of our growers succeed in their operations. I look forward to living out the mission of Homegrown in order to better serve each of our growers as I move deeper into this new position."

Seth will be transitioning with Craig Morris who was recently hired as the company’s new Citrus Category Manager. Both of these are exciting changes for Homegrown’s team and growers.
