Germany: Metro to slash 900 jobs by 2015
The job cuts will take place in the property, information technology and logistics divisions, according to a spokesman. The group employs around 280,000 staff.
Metro is on track to reach its 100 million euro ($122 million) cost-reduction target, the company spokesman said.
