CleanLight technology now used in 20 countries

Ries Neuteboom, sales manager at CleanLight announces that the CleanLight installation at Camellia Roses in Kiev, Ukraine, has been certified and works well. Neuteboom: "With that Ukraine is the twentieth country using CleanLight systems, when fighting against disease in the glasshouses."

The manager at Camellia. Mr.Sergii Zagoruiko explained: "I know the CleanLight technology from the years that I worked in Ecuador. I have also seen this technology at various colleagues in the Netherlands. I am glad that we here in the Ukraine, especially for our clients in Moscow who apply very strict residue requirements, also have this system."

At Camellia, just as at various horticulturists in the Netherlands, a robot goes through the paths. With a carefully measured dose of CleanLight an amount of light is supplied, which makes the plant stronger, kills the fungi and has no adverse influence on the organic pesticides. The company Camellia grow a wide variety, among which the well-known Grand Prix.

Apart from the considerations about residue Sergii also has the advantage that pupils from the local school love to work at his company during the week-end. This is only allowed by the government if we are very frugal with chemical substances. Therefore the CleanLight technology makes the use of enthusiastic and affordable pupils as week-end workers simpler and consequently better for all parties.

The CleanLight technology is a safe, dry and effective technology to fight disease without the use of fungicides. CleanLight BV is the company, which discovered this technique, patented it and made it right for use. In the meantime CleanLight has its own establishments in Asia, Europe and North America, horticultural companies in a growing number of countries.
