Fris-Co 'special products' assortment.
The aim is to make these products better known to Fris-Co clients: wholesalers and big retail, and their related clients i.e. chefs and gastronomes.
The first two successful events took place in wholesale markets in Treviso and Padua, on 23th and 25th February, 2012. As Fris-Co representatives say: "We have seen a lot of interest by clients. In Padua we met various chefs. People liked the idea of receiving a present with the products used during the presentation."

The finger food prepared by the chef Francesca Marsetti was beautiful and tasty: beef tartar with mustard and cress mustard, cream of purple carrot with sunflower sprouts, papaya and red shrimp of Sicily sushi, guacamole with Hass avocado and chili, dragon fruit and S. Ilario ham are only some of the combinations proposed.

Fris-co is planning new tasting events in Turin, Milan and Verona.
For gastronomic events a 'mobile kitchen' is available. Two TV screens show photo's of products in assortment and dishes prepared by the chef.
