Fake warrants for purchase

Italy: Company identity theft at expense of Fruvera s.a.s.

The President of fresh produce wholesalers 'Mercato di Brescia' informs fresh produce operators of an attempt to commit fraud.

"We report an attempt to fraud recorded at Spanish company Agroiris. Unidentified Italian people are making contact with the company to buy products on behalf of Fruvera s.a.s. (Via Orzinuovi 82 - 25125 Brescia) with fake warrants for purchase. The owner has informed the competent authorities" the president writes to FreshPlaza.

We therefore advise producers to pay attention and to demand the required confirmation of an order directly to the "real" Fruvera s.a.s, at [email protected].
