"US: Pennsylvania unveils "Apple Minute" videos"

During the 2012 Mid-Atlantic Fruit and Vegetable Convention in Hershey, the Pennsylvania Apple Marketing Program (PAMP) unveiled its series of “Apple Minute” videos to convention goers. These short, consumer focused videos can be found on PAMP’s website, www.pennsylvaniaapples.org, under Resources.
There are ten videos – each focusing on a different topic.

“We hope that consumers will discover a new way to prepare apples or maybe learn the best way to store them,” said Karin Rodriguez, executive director for PAMP.

“These videos are another way for us to help educate consumers about apples.”

The “Apple Minute” topics include the difference between cider and juice, proper storage and handling, apple varieties, fun and healthy snacks for kids, health benefits of apples, different pairings, and creative uses for apple products.
