Naturipe Farms announces resignation of Don Harris

Naturipe Farms announces Don Harris has resigned his position as Director of Category Development to launch his own consulting business, Harris Consulting Solutions. The resignation took effect January 1, 2012. Don’s new business will be based in Boulder, Colorado.

Naturipe Farms will be Don’s first client. In the near future he hopes to secure additional clients who can benefit from his experience in all aspects of the Produce and Floral Industry. Don has been with Naturipe Farms for almost four years. Prior to Naturipe Farms, Don held a number of senior level produce management positions at Wild Oats for 5 years and at Safeway, Inc. for 30 years. Don has also served on numerous industry boards and associations including The Produce Marketing Association, United Fresh Produce Association and The Fresh Produce and Floral Council.

“Don is a proven produce industry professional who has contributed tremendously to Naturipe Farms.
