Ambassadors of the fruit and vegetable industry to meet in Cabo San Lucas

The 17th edition of the AMHPAC Convention will be held from August 27 to 29 in Cabo San Lucas, bringing together more than 400 participants from across Mexico and various countries. For almost two decades, the flagship event organized by the Mexican Association of Protected Horticulture (AMHPAC) has been the meeting point for the most visionary members of this industry, who have grown the sector, consolidating it as one of the most thriving in the country.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with national and international leaders in the fruit and vegetable industry and learn about the challenges facing the sector. During this convention, speakers will share experiences and tools that will enhance the business strategies of those involved in this sector. In addition, Keynote Panel will be featured that is composed of Valeria Moy and Javier Tello, experts in economics and politics, who will give their opinions on current events in the country and around the world, as well as the impact these events could have on our industry. Additionally, there will be a commercial area with 50 booths exclusively for Supplier Partners of this organization, allowing them to meet with their current and potential clients.

Attendee profile
The AMHPAC Convention will feature national and international leaders from the fruit and vegetable industry, agricultural producers, public officials, supply chain representatives, and researchers and consultants related to this sector.

Representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development have already confirmed their presence, in addition to leaders of Allied Organizations such as the National Agricultural Council (CNA), Baja California Agricultural Council (CABC), Yaqui and Mayo Vegetable Producers Association (APHYM), Confederation of Agricultural Associations of the State of Sinaloa (CAADES), Food Bank (BAMX), Holland House of Mexico, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Veggies from Mexico, INTAGRI, International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA), Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA), Texas International Produce Association (TIPA), Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA), GreenTech and GreenTech Americas, Mexican Seed Association (AMSAC), Produce Sinaloa Foundation (FPS), among others.

Activities
In this dynamic and challenging industry, it is essential to stay ahead of the curve. Therefore, all producers are invited to participate in this edition and in the activities that are being prepared: Ordinary General Assembly, 1st Young Horticulturists Meeting, Welcome Dinner, 10th 5K Race, Conference Series, Expo, Mexico-United States-Canada Trade Mission, as well as private meetings with the financial advisor, representatives of financing sources, and Legal Counsel of AMHPAC.
