From August 1, 2024, to June 1, 2025, Georgia exported 17,200 tonnes of hazelnuts, generating $110.8 million in export revenue.
According to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, the average export price of Georgian hazelnuts rose by 14% year-on-year, reaching $6.45 per kilogram.
Key export destinations include EU member states: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, and the Czech Republic, as well as Armenia, China, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Algeria, and Morocco.
