With IPS Small, TopControl launches an innovative solution specially developed for the requirements of the berry industry. The intelligent combination of automatic checkweighing, fast and accurate weighing stations, labelling and data networking results in a highly efficient packaging line that guarantees a consistently-high product quality while reducing the number of employees required.

IPS Small is designed specifically for trays such as those commonly used for berries. It represents the hub of packaging operations in combination with foodProcess. The integrated line, scales and labellers are changed automatically, quickly and without error even for the smallest orders. The packaging staff always know which order needs to be packed and how, and traceability, productivity data, rejects and giveaways are always available.

Once the trays are sealed, the integrated labelling unit applies the required labels to each, featuring information such as batch number, origin, and weight. All production data is collected in real time in the foodProcess software solution and can be analysed in the office at any time for maximum transparency and traceability.
