Huercasa will present its new fresh-legumes concept internationally

Huercasa will once again be present at Fruit Logistica, the European fruit and vegetable sector's most important event, which will be held in Berlin from February 5 to 7. The company will use this fair to present a new product category, its fresh legumes, internationally.

Huercasa fresh legumes, on sale in greengrocers shops, are tasty steamed beans, chickpeas, and lentils, without preservatives or additives. They are 100% natural vegetable protein packed in a new thermoformed, compact, and sustainable container, with no governing liquid, which optimizes logistics.

Fresh legumes are a novel concept, a new way of eating prepared legumes so consumers can enjoy their flavor and properties in salads, creams, or hummus, without the need to wash or drain the product. They can also be conveniently used in all kinds of traditional stews.

Vegetables in their natural state
Huercasa, which has been in business for 45 years, will also be showcasing its range of natural vegetables at the German fair. The company's natural vegetables are steamed so they maintain their texture, flavor, and nutritional properties. They are harvested at their optimum point of ripeness, prepared without additives, and are very easy to transport, store, and enjoy at home.

The Segovian company will also showcase its grilled corn at this year's Fruit Logistica edition.

Huercasa grilled corn allows you to enjoy the taste of the barbecue throughout the year. With it, consumers can continue to enjoy the delicious taste of barbecue during the cold months or at any other moment of the year, as they can be heated up in a couple of minutes in a microwave, frying pan, or air fryer.
