Peruvian grape exports have increased by 54% to date

According to data from Fresh Fruit, Peru has exported 111,521 tons of table grapes to date, i.e. 54% more than by the same date of the previous season. Last week, the country exported 26,581 tons of grapes, i.e. 12% more than in the same week of last year.

The grapes reached 32 destinations, 3 of which accounted for 67% of all shipments. The main destinations were the United States, with a 39% share, the Netherlands, with 20%, and the United Kingdom, with 9%.

10,295 tons were shipped to the US, i.e. 33% more than in the same week of 2022. Exports to the Netherlands amounted to 5,246 tons (+22%) and exports to the United Kingdom amounted to 2,376 tons (+2%).
